OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) A suspect in a stun gun attack on a Putnam City North High School teacher is now suing the victim for slander.

Forty-year-old Julie Ann Bell filed the civil lawsuit April 28 against Bethany Lorenz.

Lorenz is the cheerleading sponsor at the high school and was assaulted outside the school in April 2008.

Thirty-seven-year-old LeShawn Cathlene Fisher has pleaded guilty to assault in the case while Bell is accused of arranging the assault.

Prosecutors say Bell was upset because her daughter did not make the varsity cheerleading squad. Lorenz filed a civil lawsuit against Bell and Fisher on April 17.

Bell's lawsuit says Lorenz ``intentionally made certain false statements'' about her in court and to the media, students, co-workers and police.
