TULSA (KFAQ) The Tulsa City Council has voted down a budget amendment that would have finalized the Mayor's budget cuts. The measure will be reconsider at a meeting Tuesday morning. Councilors turned down the amendment on a 4-3 vote with Councilors Bill Christiansen, Jack Henderson, Roscoe Turner and Maria Barnes voting against the measure.
