A state prison escapee was found and arrested this morning. Since February 14th Steve Joe Brown has been missing from the Riverside Transitional Center in Tulsa. An off duty police officer spotted Brown around a Muskogee casino. The four time convicted felon is now in the Muskogee County jail.
