Judge Rules Child Rapist Can't Reverse Plea

TULSA (KFAQ) A judge says a child rapist cannot reverse his guilty plea. Douglas Polk pleaded guilty in April to raping a 5-year-old Broken Arrow girl known as the BA Angel. Polk is accused of kidnapping the girl in 2007, kidnapping her and then leaving her in a rural area. Polk was given six consecutive life sentences.
